Founder and Managing Director

Luke is a young entrepreneur who co-founded BA Events in December 2016. He is the Managing Director of the business who is responsible for delivering great events for our clients.

His favourite quote is “whatever it takes” from the Avengers film and he is still trying to get over the death of Iron Man. He loves travelling, sport and food.

Ben Dalton

Operations Director

Ben is our Operations Director at TeamBA. He is the one who makes everything happen – ensuring your media project or events exceeds your expectations. Before joining TeamBA, Ben was a Director of E3i and worked as a branch manager at RBS.

In his free time Ben is a radio DJ, actor and enjoys spending time with his family.

Neil Micklewhaite

Chairman

Neil is the non-executive Chairman of BA Events. Neil is a dedicated and dynamic professional, combining strong leadership skills, business acumen, with extensive experience gained from working in senior commercial, business development, customer service and financial environments.

Ian Walters

Director

Ian is an experienced Director with a history of working in the UK railway industry. In addition to his support to TeamBA, Ian is the co-founder and Managing Director of SLC Rail. A qualified accountant and finance director by background.

He adopts a ‘tell it as it is’ philosophy in everything he does, and is driven, enthused by work, family life and Watford Football Club.

Ian became a Director of BA Events in November 2017.

Mike Travers

Videographer

Mike is our videographer who has years of experience working on documentaries, with video production companies and making films.

Libby Dale

Graphic Designer

Libby is our Graphic Designer who has experience in delivering high quality digital and print assets for a diversity of creative projects.

Josh Walters

AV Tech

Josh is our AV tech responsible for the audio visuals and production of all of our events. Josh is a massive music fan and has been lucky to do sound for some famous bands!

Ben Davies

Videographer

Ben has been a videographer for 15 years working with clients to help create inspiring videos. Ben is a talented all-rounder also able to capture photos, edit videos and design. In his spare time Ben loves cycling.

Andrew Penn

Developer

Andy has been a developer for 15 years working on design and development. He has created hundreds of websites from simple brochure sites to large e-commerce sites. Andy helps us to create a range of websites for our clients. In his free time, Andy likes fishing.
